The tu777 name, logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of tu777. You must not use such marks without prior written approval from tu777.

The tu777 Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tu777 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tu777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if tu777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

tu777 does not accept liability for: (a) gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform; (b) losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate; or (c) losses arising from third-party payment processor delays, failures or errors.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. Outcomes of games and sports events are not predictable or guaranteed. Past winnings do not predict or guarantee future results. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for all gambling decisions made through your Account.

Registered users may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately or within a cooling-off period and cannot be increased for at least 24 hours after a request to do so.

Any user who believes their gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion via the Platform's support channels. Self-exclusion periods are enforced for the duration requested and may be extended. tu777 reserves the right to permanently close an Account and forfeit any remaining balance in cases of: confirmed fraudulent activity; confirmed identity fraud or impersonation; repeated or serious breach of these Terms; or confirmed underage gambling.

Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting tu777 support. Before closure, all pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any outstanding KYC documents must be provided to facilitate the processing of any remaining withdrawable balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tu777 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits the rights that users may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact tu777 support directly to seek an informal resolution. tu777 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 28 days of receipt.
